METHOD OF APPLICATION

: THTERMOCOAT-155 AD is a Synthetic Resin(Polyurethane)Based Varnish.It

  is supplied in Two Pack System. RESIN& HARDNER.

: The cured film has Excllent Flexibility & Retention of flexibility on Ageing.

: THERMOCOAT –155 AD is used for the Production of Varnished FibleGlass TAPS, CLOTH,

  SLEEVING, FIBREGLASS COVERED CABLE having Temp Index 155 c.It has low viscosity & Excellent

  wetting to Glass fibre for this application.

: It can be applid by Normal method of coating OR Impregnation such as Dipping.It can be cured in Air

circulated Oven OR conveyorised Backing Ovens. And Natural Air-Drying System.

: Break Down Voltage of Sleeve. ( with wall thichness O.5 mm of 6mm Dia. FG Sleeve. 4.0 kv /min

  straight sleeve. 3.5 kv /min after bending.
